Blackstarlette offers for sale premium cosmetic and makeup products, including eyeshadow palettes, liquid lipsticks, and professional brush sets. All products are accurately described in the catalog, and images are for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify stock and prices without prior notice.
To place an order, you must create an account with real and complete data. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out under your account. Any unauthorized use must be immediately reported to info@blackstarlette.com.
Payment is made in full at the time of order confirmation, by bank card or transfer. Displayed prices include VAT but do not include delivery charges. Blackstarlette does not store card data; processing is carried out by an authorized partner in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Delivery is made within Romania, within 3–7 business days from payment confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination and weight. In case of major delays, you will be notified by email.
According to OUG 34/2014, you benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and without signs of use. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error on our part.
Blackstarlette assumes no liability for individual allergic reactions to product ingredients. Before use, check the full list of ingredients available on each product page. Our total liability for any direct damage is limited to the value of the respective order.
All materials on the site – texts, images, logos, video tutorials – are the property of Blackstarlette and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without our written consent is prohibited.
